• We meet, in person, via zoom or a phone conversation and you give us details of your salient requirements.
• We supplement that with a form to be completed with pertinent questions, some may seem trivial but are game-changers.
• If you know what you want and we adhere to your brief, we often have not shown more than three homes.
• We are not into real estate tourism, we focus on your needs, stick to your brief and occasionally show you something else which could perhaps also work for you.
